The products displayed for sale on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. If we are unable, for any reason after placing the product (products) order, to provide a specific product, we will notify you as soon as possible and will cancel your entire order and refund the order value in case of payment. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order for any reason. Once your order is placed, you will receive a text message containing your order details. This message does not constitute acceptance of your order, but rather confirmation that we have received your order. By confirming your purchase at the end of the order processing, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product (products) as specified in your order, including any delivery fees applicable to this order. Please note that all (abayas) products displayed are tailored according to the customer's request, and the tailoring period is from one working day up to 14 working days (excluding shipping and delivery days). We recommend visiting the shipping and delivery page. You can make modifications to the (abayas) products without additional charges, including (changing sleeve size - color of details from available options only - changing the color of the abaya from available options only - adding hidden pockets "if possible" - canceling details or canceling the embroidery). The ready-to-deliver (abayas) products are excluded from modifications. The store reserves the right not to accept any modifications to the order for any reason. When a modification is added, our team will contact the customer to confirm the modifications before executing the order. The unpaid hijab (head covering) comes free with every abaya and is plain without decoration, embroidery, or embellishment. The customer can choose the color of the hijab; if the chosen color is unavailable, our team will contact the customer to inform them of the unavailability or to choose another color. The unpaid hijab (head covering) comes as a free gift to the customer and the store bears no responsibility for any defect in it. It cannot be exchanged or returned. The store has the right not to include the hijab in the order for any reason. The store bears the cost of exchange, payment upon receipt, and shipping fees if the reason for exchange is a manufacturing defect or size discrepancy. The remaining amount difference for exchanging a product at a different price from the original product will not be refunded, but the customer can complete the exchange with another product.
